How long does it take for my order to be ready?
It takes about 3 working days from the time that we receive your order (complete with prescription). However, the processing time varies depending on the lens type.
Online orders will take an additional 2-3 days for shipping.

For certain orders with longer processing times, we will contact you to advise on the estimated delivery dates.
When can I collect my order in-store?
We will inform you via Whatsapp once your order is ready for collection. Our team will be on hand to assist you with any adjustments to ensure a proper fit.
What are the shipping costs involved?
We offer free delivery for all orders above S$200 in Singapore. A delivery fee of $10 is applicable for orders below S$200.
How do I track my order?
We will provide you with a tracking number once the parcel is on its way. You may track the delivery progress on our delivery partner's website.
