A: You will need to have a valid prescription for spectacles from a certified optometrist or optician. If you are not sure about the information that is on your prescription card, you can learn more about it on this page.
If you do not have any prescription currently, or if your last eye check is more than 12 months ago, you may make an appointment for an eye check by our optometrists.
A: We will try to accommodate any changes where possible. Please drop us an email at hello@sightonomy.sg or Whatsapp us at +65 80289690.
A: It takes about 3 working days from the time that we receive your order (complete with prescription.) We will notify you via Whatsapp once your order is ready for collection or delivery. For certain orders with longer processing times, we will contact you to advise on the estimated delivery dates.
You may also contact us via Whatsapp to check on your order status.
A: Your purchase will be covered against any manufacturing defects under the warranty for 6 months. You may learn more about our warranty policy here. Please drop us an email at hello@sightonomy.sg so that we can guide you along the process.
A: It may be due to some of these factors:
- Prescription has changed
- Larger frame size
- Lens index
- Frame fit
A: Yes, we carry most of the major brands that are available locally. Please book an appointment with us and we will be glad to share more information about the different lens options.
A: We currently only ship to addresses in Singapore.
A: You can book an appointment to have your frames adjusted at our showroom.
A: High prescriptions may require some considerations in terms of frame and lens selection. You may book an appointment for an eye check and we will advise you accordingly.
A: Your order will be shipped in a hard case with additional packaging material for extra protection.
